- What sets 3D’s construction services apart from its rivals?
3D’s Shareholders and Project Managers are involved in preparing 3D’s bids for every project. When we are successful on a bid, some of those same Shareholders and Project Managers become part of the construction management team. Utilizing some of the same individuals to bid and build a project results in a seamless transition between the estimating phase and the construction phase, of a project, which enables us to initiate the construction phase much more rapidly and efficiently and the benefits of this project approach carry through the entire construction phase.
Additionally, we attempt to recruit “first choice” candidates for every position and we are told by many of our customers and industry partners that our people are some of the industry’s best. 3D’s approach, implemented by first choice Project Managers and Site Supervisors, coupled with hands-on involvement by 3D Shareholders, is what sets 3D’s construction services apart from our rivals.
- How do 3D’s people programs provide care for its employees and their families?
Over the years, 3D has developed a wide array of programs for our employees. Many of these programs are available for all employees to take advantage of. More programs/benefits become available as an individual’s contributions to 3D increase.
The programs provide benefits related to health and retirement, as well as paid time off and incentive compensation, in some cases, approaching 30% of an individual’s annual base compensation. This combination of benefits and programs demonstrates 3D’s commitment to providing care for our employees and their families.
