3D Mission Statement
The 3D organization strives for excellence. We serve communities and industries by self-performing complex engineering and construction projects. In a teamwork environment, we operate in a fair, cost effective and professional manner, while caring for our employees and their families.
3D serves the Corps of Engineers (COE) by providing construction of flood control walls and pumping systems for emptying out captured surface waters from behind concrete floodwalls and levees during flood events. These pumping systems are capable of pumping flows greater than 100 million gallons per day for emptying out flooded communities.
