The safeguarding and betterment of the construction industry has always been a way of life for us at 3D. "Pretty good" is simply not good enough for us. — Donny Breeding, President, 3D
A service provider is only as good as its team. The 3D organization, right from the onset, has employed "First Choice" people and that has made all the difference in our pursuit of ultimate customer satisfaction.
It also helps a great deal to know who you are and where you're going. We are, first and foremost, a construction company with the capability to perform complex projects; we add value to those projects through our construction engineering services. The majority of our work comes from low bid contracts for communities. That puts a special obligation on us: to perform all things with excellence while keeping within budgetary constraints.
We're pleased to say that we've lived up to these expectations and will continue to do so — whether we're serving private industry or communities with public works construction.
And that brings us to "where we're going." We recognize the industry is changing — some for the good, some for the not so good. The "green" building movement — or sustainable development — continues to thrive and we wholeheartedly embrace the development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Less popular with us is the continued fragmentation of the industry. At 3D, we still do whatever we can to keep that personal connection through our marketing communications programs.
3D is in a good place now, with excellent people, leading edge technology, an adherence to safety, and a culture that rewards quality and growth initiatives. As we continuously ready our next generation of leaders, we will remain true to our guiding principles and the betterment of the construction industry.
