Construction Management

3D provides Design Phase Project Management services including scheduling, estimating, and value engineering.  We do this while serving as a Construction Manager. 

3D provides design and construction phase services including experienced project management, site supervision, scheduling, estimating, and value engineering.

3D can guarantee the construction cost of a project when serving as Construction Manager as the General Contractor.  This process is known as Construction Management at Risk.

Construction Management at Risk Services may include:

• Advising and consulting on all aspects of planning, especially site selection
• Oversight of the design and construction phases
• Establishing the quality, cost and time parameters
• Providing engineering suggestions and cost analyses
• Preparing bid packages
•  Preparing the overall project schedule and providing periodic detailed updates
• Establishing and maintaining quality control standards
• Guaranteeing the construction cost
