• It is no secret that our people are 3D’s greatest asset. We have “first class” employees through out the organization. Each of them carry out their responsibilities in an exemplary manner. 3D has put in place People programs to attract and retain some of the best and brightest in the industry that share a common passion for a “Love to Build”. The “Love to Build” is a unique quality you will find throughout the 3D organization.
• 3D is set apart from many of our competitors in that we are not a family run business. However, 3D is still a very closely held organization. This has its advantages, one of which is that the shareholders are involved in the oversight of each project, from the initial pricing until ribbon cutting day.
• At 3D, from the time we assess a Projects demands during the bidding phase until a Facility is placed in service, the 3D project team works tirelessly to assure the newly constructed Facility is “Complete when you want it as you like it”. This unyielding commitment to deliver a project on time sets 3D’s construction services apart from its competitors.
