Project Manager
In the position of Construction Project Manager at 3D, you would become part of an extraordinary firm that traces its roots back to the inception of the U.S. Interstate Highway System in the mid-1950s. Since then, we have moved to all types of construction and have become a "First Choice" provider in the construction industry.
We perform our own earthwork, concrete operations, process equipment installation and commissioning. We also provide our own piping installations for both buried and interior types.
As Construction Project Manager, you will:

Site Supervisor

- Lead site construction workers and subcontractors.
- Assure that our construction equipment assets are maintained and available.
- Identify, recruit and retain skilled workers for both the core and seasonal workforce for each project you supervise.
- Interface with 3D's project manager and design team project representative.
- Work with the customer's operations personnel.
- Direct and inspect the work in progress to make sure it conforms to contract and company standards.
- Assure that construction schedules are achieved.
- Monitor and control budgets for project labor and expendable supplies to ensure cost-effective performance.
